🔮 Rune
Rune is often the first one to come over and engage with his people. He enjoys being petted and leans into attention.
He is naturally adventurous and confident. He likes to explore, step forward into new spaces, and check things out without much hesitation, all while circling back for affection and connection.
Rune has been doing very well with his crate training and travels well. He enjoyed our adventure to the store to meet new people. Everyone at the vet’s office loved him at his well puppy check. He has been on several other trips and has met lots of people.
Rune will do well with a family that enjoys an interactive, engaging puppy and is excited to nurture that curious, outgoing nature as he continues to grow and develop.
These precious puppies were born on the night we could see the Northern Lights with the naked eye in the Ozarks!
The Shimmering Northern Lights puppies have been thoughtfully and carefully raised from their very first moments with science-based protocols, deep human connection, and intentional socialization designed to help them develop into well-rounded companions.
From the earliest days of life, each puppy has received Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS), Early Scent Introduction (ESI), Early Tactile Introduction (ETI), Early Sound Stimulation (ESS), and Early Novelty Exposure (ENE). These proven developmental practices support resilience, problem-solving, and adaptability, giving each puppy a strong foundation for real-world living.
Their days are filled with purposeful experiences that nurture curiosity, coordination, and trust. They are raised in a clean, nurturing home environment, surrounded by daily family life, affection, and gentle structure. Each puppy is handled often, bathed regularly, has nails trimmed, toes handled, and is carefully introduced to grooming and body handling in a positive, low-stress way.
The Shimmering Northern Lights puppies are already working on potty training, have begun crate training, and have been introduced to leash exposure, recall foundations, and the “sit” command. Their intelligence and eagerness to connect with people shine through in every training session. They approach learning with curiosity and a playful interest in their world.
As part of their daily care, the puppies receive premium, nutritionally balanced food with prebiotic and probiotic fiber to support healthy digestion, strong bones, vibrant coats, and steady development throughout growth. They follow recommended vaccination protocols and will go home up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Each puppy leaves with a starter package that includes a sample of their high-quality puppy food, treats, a puppy blanket, a starter leash and collar, a toy, AKC registration papers, and one month of complimentary puppy insurance. Families are also supported with detailed preparation information emails that provide guidance on training, proper exercise, development, and the transition into their new home.
Their parents have been intentionally selected for sound structure, balanced energy, excellent genetic health, and steady, thoughtful temperaments. Together, they produce puppies who are affectionate, people-oriented, intuitive, highly trainable, and deeply bonded to their humans, dogs who thrive as devoted companions and active family members.
The Shimmering Northern Lights litter is a special blend of intelligence and heart, ready to bring lifelong companionship and connection into the homes of the families they choose.
